Exercise Class

Our Exercise Class is designed to help older adults stay active, strong, and confident in a safe, supportive environment. The class focuses on improving mobility, balance, flexibility, and overall strength to support everyday activities and reduce the risk of falls. Exercises are gentle, adaptable to all fitness levels, and led by an instructor who understands the unique needs of seniors.

Participants can expect a mix of light stretching, seated and standing strength exercises, balance work, range-of-motion movements, and low-impact cardio such as walking in place or gentle aerobic motions. The class encourages social connection while promoting better physical health, energy, and independence.
